WWW: Create AboutCode YouTube channel

We should create a YouTube channel / Brand Account for AboutCode. The purpose is to consolidate our video content there.
There is a nexB YouTube channel (I am not sure whether it is a Brand Account), but we should have a channel for AboutCode.
There is already a channel with the name: AboutCode:

The existing channel has 33 subscribers and 2 videos about Laravel - both have slides in English and audio in Russian.
I do not know if there is a process to reach out to the owner (or ?) to transfer the channel name to us.
Or perhaps we should create a channel named AboutCode.org.
