WWW: Migrate selected videos from old aboutcode.org Resources page

When we create a Resources page we will want to include some historical video content from the current aboutcode.org/Elementor website - https://aboutcode.org/category/video/. For each video we will need to review/update the framing paragraph for the video and decide how to handle the slides where applicable.
An initial priority list of candidate videos to republish is:

I do not list videos that seem out-of-date such as a comparison of tools from several years ago or old updates on ScanCode or VulnerableCode.
