Generate a runtime version of Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) in either [SPDX](https://www.spdx.org/) and [CycloneDX](https://www.cyclonedx.org/) formats for a currently executing process.

The tool is currently limited to Linux based systems.

CycloneDX SBOMs currently contain more information than SPDX
