### description

The name gives it away: It's a library to read and write CycloneDX files in both JSON and XML as well as a CLI tool using this library to generate SBOM files for Rust projects.

It differs from most (all?) other SBOM generators for Rust by not only relying on `Cargo.lock` but by also parsing relying on the output of `cargo metadata` making it possible to capture architecture, flags etc.
