SBOM4Windows is a free, open source tool to generate a SBOM (Software Bill of Materials) for a Windows installation.

The SBOM extracts attributes from each DLL.

SBOMs can be generated from a windows installation file (.MSI, .CAB) as well as running on a Windows installation.
