As a follow up to this PR ...
- https://github.com/aboutcode-org/vulnerablecode/pull/1992
... we need a few improvements:
- The code should not be specialized for each Git repo and have a dedicated pipeline for each
- Instead we should have a refactored improver that get the Git repo for a package, and runs without hardcoding a pipeline.
