説明
Whether we use them from the CLI or in a future service, we should be able to cleanly stop the improvers/importers
Today pressing Ctrl+C in the CLI yield this:
`CommandError: Keyboard interrupt received. Stopping...`
And the importer is not killed.
Pressing Ctrl+C must be repeated many times.
