Cross refer the scores provided by NVD with other advisory sources

Some CVEs are reported to have high CVSS scores, but in reality these CVEs are not that much severe. We could surely do something here by using cross-referencing of the scores by NVD and other advisory sources, if there is a big discrepancy in scores by other sources and NVD then that CVE might be fishy
