Description
Initial import and improve operations take quite some time to setup VC database. It would be helpful to provide datadumps on a monthly or weekly basis to get users up to speed.
We can either:
1. Use https://github.com/nexB/vulnerablecode/pull/1206 to export and then import
2. Dump postgres db
