Huawei is publishing its own advisories:

https://www.huawei.com/en/psirt/all-bulletins

Frequently these numbers correlate to a CVE, example:

https://www.huawei.com/en/psirt/security-advisories/2023/huawei-sa-oobwviatp-89e403d4-en

Note that there are two identifiers: there is a Huawei security advisory identifier and a vulnerability ID.

I am not sure about the license of the data.
