Extract fully qualified source symbols

Currently like for rust in https://github.com/aboutcode-org/scancode.io/pull/1488 and for elf in https://github.com/aboutcode-org/scancode.io/pull/1621, we are collecting individual symbols both in source and binary and then matching them to map binary to source files.

For all the pipelines, specially in tree-sitter, we need fully qualified source symbols in order to match them to the binary symbols more accurately.
