Description
AWS is one of the major cloud providers. One day or other, scancode will be hosted on AWS by someone.
AWS s3 urls are of the form `S3://mybucket/puppy.jpg`. Currently ``docker://`` URLs are supported. I can implement this support if it's something desirable.
