Description
Asa follow up to https://github.com/nexB/scancode.io/pull/796#discussion_r1296890594 we need to design a step or pipeline to enrich the package data with data from the PurlDB (or possibly also from ABOUT files).
This requires some design.
- Would this be only for packages that are missing some details, like license and similar? And if yes which ones?
- Or do we want to "enhance" all the packages in a project with PURLDB data?Or is this only for npms?
- Which field do we update?
- Is this also for dependencies?
