Spaces in resource paths should be encoded in URLs

The URL (in the browser address bar) looks like this `https://localhost/project/test/resources/foo/Bar Baz.zip-extract/foo-3.0.0.jar/#essentials` but should not have spaces instead and should use the quote+plus encoding as in `https://localhost/project/test/resources/foo/Bar+Baz.zip-extract/foo-3.0.0.jar/#essentials` ... Otherwise, the ULR is to recognized as a a full link when pasted in places that recognize URLs: the link would be truncated to `https://localhost/project/test/resources/foo/Bar` as it is here on GH.
