Error when running Docker AppImage build

1. > I tried building the appimage, I got this error: I tried adding build-essential/make to https://github.com/nexB/scancode.io/blob/scancode.io-appimage/etc/scripts/appimage-build/Dockerfile#L40 but that didn't work too
