Improve UX for license detection reviews

I think the navigation between detections and files to require too many click and I easily get lost. Also the match text is displayed, but never the "diagnostic" matched text, which make the review difficult.

On the details of a single detection, I would like to see:
- the diagnostic matched text
- the actual matched text for each listed file, without having to click further, with the parts that are matched and not matched
- the actual rule text ideally side by side with the matched text, or in some easy way to visually compare

Also when looking at the detection tab for a resource, I find the UX that forces me to click further down to detections to be a regression wrt. the older UI where the detection details were listed
