Automatically select d2d options

Currently we the d2d pipeline has many optional steps and these need to be selected explicitly by the user for these ecosystem specific steps to be performed. But often this is hard to judge which steps are needed without running a scan first because modern packages/apps often have several different ecosystems/types of binaries/source files together and it would be nice if we can have something which helps us do this:

- an `Automatic` option where the don't have to select any optional steps but we check the filetypes/mimetypes for specific ecosystems (after collecting the codebase resources) and then apply the required optional steps automatically
