Projects page UI/UX can be improved

Currently the `/project/` page lists all the projects and shows the following data files: packages, dependencies, messages and resources.

While these can be useful sometimes to understand how many packages/dependencies are detected and how large the project is by resources size, it does not convey much information about issues present in the scan, which might be compliance issues/ or detection/technical issues that need attention from the user. Only the `messages` count is shown there, but these messages could be of many different types.

We could rethink how we present information about the projects in the projects page, or we could even make the information available customizable with settings for different kinds of views: compliance alerts, todo issues, other summaries etc.
