archive names starting with `to` or `from` is problematic because of convention

Since we treat the `to` and `from` directories specially in context of d2d, any archive names which start with `to` and `from` are problematic and could be wrongly assigned to the opposite side.

Example: https://github.com/ton-blockchain/ton/archive/refs/tags/v2024.12-1.zip#from has the archive name: `ton-2024.12-1.zip` and is wrongly being copied to the `to` side (and the from side too) even though this is a source archive.
