Filter resources based on source/binary symbols detected

Introduce in the resources filterable fields: `has_source_symbols` and `has_binary_symbols` which are only populated on d2d projects for resources which has source_symbols or binary_symbols extracted successfully and added to `extra_data`. (and also show these in the UI view for relations similarly like we show the unmatched resources on the to/from side)
