Improve design for new "unique license detections" "panel"

The block of unique license detections is not easy for me to understand.
Rather than icons, I would rather see words attached to each counts, otherwise there is nothing actionable in the summary short of doing extra work like hovering, which is a for me extra work that I am not willing to do in a summary that should be explicit and obvious. The "magnifying glass" and the "legal balance" icons are context free for me, and convey no meaning. A solo number carries also no context.

In contrast, the compliance alert block spells error in the red pill box and this is clear this is an error count, no ambiguity and not interpretation needed.
