Enable the selection of multiple add-on pipelines at once

Right now, adding add-on pipelines to project goes through radio boxes

I would like to select multiple add-on pipelines at once, using check boxes instead. There is an issue though which is the order of execution of the pipelines may not be the one I like.... so this needs further design and thinking.
