Improve the Package Resource tab UX

Sometime, a package may have a lot of resources (say a Linux kernel with 70K files). It is not ideal to have these 70K rows listed at once in the Resource tab of a package.
I would like to consider some ways to improve this. One idea could be to use all the features of the main Resource list inside that tab.
Some feature I would love to have would be:
1. search and filter
2. export to xlsx

And also later, some tree view
