### Description
Scanning the dnspython v2.6.1 README.md reports ISC AND MPL-2.0.
The file only contains an ISC license badge/link:
[](https://opensource.org/licenses/ISC)
There is no MPL-2.0 reference in the content.
This seems to come from the mpl-2.0_url_badge.RULE incorrectly matching the badge/link.
