ignore standard build files

## Short Description

I would love to have an option where I could ignore standard build files, such as makefile, aclocal.m4 and other GNU autotools stuff.

The option --generated is not suited for this as it detects much more.

The option --ignore could potentially be used for this, but commandlines would get very long so pouring a little bit of syntactic sugar on scancode would be nice (insert Def Leppard reference).
