## **Describe the Update**

It might be good to be able to build an index with a subset of licenses. One use case would be to test rules of a certain category, by excluding other categories (for example, excluding all 2-aho rules). Another use case would be to exclude licenses for memory constraints, or to be able to do a big sweep for optimization purposes.

Pass a configuration file where I can either exclude individual files or entire categories to the reindexing script.
