New license request: Business Source License - no "covenants"

I see many copies of the BUSL that are not using the part "Covenants of Licensor" from the original MariaDB copy of the license:

and also not the sentence that precedes it:

MariaDB hereby grants you permission to use this License’s text to license your works, and to refer to it using the trademark “Business Source License”, as long as you comply with the Covenants of Licensor below.
```

Creating a new rule that leaves this part out would possibly give better match results. I have attached the results for the Terraform license.
