Search needs to include the full license name and not just the short name

If you search https://scancode-licensedb.aboutcode.org/index.html?search=graal you get no results because unfortunately the license in question is defined at https://scancode-licensedb.aboutcode.org/oracle-gftc-2023-06-12.html as

One could of course improve the license short_name to include "Graal" or "GraalVM" but there may be other licenses in the LicenseDB with a similar issue, given that we tend to use official abbreviations in the license short_name when available.

It would be very useful to improve the search to include the full license name and not just the short name.
