Why do folders in the/tmp/scancode-tk-xx directory persist and not be deleted

I need help, why are there hundreds of thousands of “scancode-tk-xx” folders in my directory taking up a lot of disk space? I think the source code is a temporary file? Why wasn't it cleaned up? Looking forward to your reply, thank you
