### Description
At [LicenseDB](https://scancode-licensedb.aboutcode.org/) and in https://scancode-licensedb.aboutcode.org/index.json, `net-snmp` maps to `LicenseRef-scancode-net-snmp`. It includes an `other_spdx_license_keys` with the expected SPDX license `Net-SNMP`.
