### Description
Not sure if this is a bug or not, but there are 4 `.RULE` files that use CRLF line endings:
```
$ find -type f | grep RULE$ | xargs file | grep CRLF
./rules/kfgqpc-uthmanic-script-hafs_1.RULE: ASCII text, with CRLF line terminators
./rules/kfgqpc-uthmanic-script-hafs_2.RULE: ASCII text, with CRLF line terminators
./rules/kfgqpc-uthmanic-script-hafs_4.RULE: ASCII text, with CRLF line terminators
./rules/kfgqpc-uthmanic-script-hafs_3.RULE: ASCII text, with CRLF line terminators
```
