numbered_text_lines in textcode.analysis should return the complete map file

描述

ATM for a map file `number_text_lines` only returns the value in `sourceContent`, instead it should return the entire file content as text.

```python
>>> from textcode.analysis import numbered_text_lines
>>> list(numbered_text_lines("file_with_empty_sourceContent.css.map"))
[]
```
