With this file (that has ~ 1600 dependencies) https://raw.githubusercontent.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/8.0.3/composer.lock , I run this:

Once the file has been scanned, it takes a long time to complete and there is no progress provided. There is something fishy as the "scan" step proper takes only a few seconds. I surmise it could be some runaway loop in the new license detection code?
