Add match details to license detection tests

It would help reviewing updated tests results if we were to include the match details in the expected license tests data structure in https://github.com/nexB/scancode-toolkit/blob/develop/src/licensedcode_test_utils.py

The updated tests should IMHO include:
- the start and end line
- the matcher
- the "diagnostics" matched text
and should not include rule was matched

The approach should be to regenerate all expected tests once with no other change and then use this afterwards.
