The `--csv` output does not work with the `--dwarf` option/plugin

### Description
I use the `--dwarf` option/plugin in with `--csv` output, but the output only contains 3 columns which are `path`, `type` and `scan_errors`. It does not contains any `dwarf` information. However, the `--yaml` and `--json` output work fine.
### How To Reproduce
```
./scancode --dwarf --csv
```
