Provide a way to specify default scanning options, especially "core" and "output" options

SCTK offers many useful options to optimize the performance and end results of a scan to meet the requirements and objectives of the user. Finding the right ones to specify may require a certain amount of trial-and-error or experimentation on the part of the user, especially to find the right options to get the most benefit from the machine that is running the scan. It would be really great if the user could save those preferred option settings in some kind of local file (profile, settings, cfg, whatever) that could then provide default values for the user to avoid the necessity of specifying those options repeatedly in every scan.
