Description
`NOTICE file for use with the Apache License, Version 2.0, ` ... and similar are often seen explicitly. Also there are files named NOTICE that have a special significance for the Apache 2.0
All these are detected alright, but reported as plain Apache 2.0.
We should have a way to report these explicitly
