Beschreibung
For now we support app installation only with Python 3.6 (such as `scancode-toolkit-21.3.31_py36-linux.tar.xz`)and this is a source of confusion. We should either:
1. generate app tarball for all supported Python version and OS/arch combos
2. generate all in one installers, snaps, flatpackages, appimages
