説明

I was using scancode to normalize license names into license expressions. Some license names/strings caused unknown detections:

- `BSD-3-Clause, MIT` detected as `bsd-new AND unknown`

- `MIT, MIT` detected as `unknown`

- `Apache-2.0, MIT` detected as `apache-2.0 AND unknown`

- `BSD-2-Clause-Views` detected as `bsd-simplified AND unknown`
