Option to provide list of components to consolidate

## Short Description
One of the major challenges for consolidated components is to identify components for consolidation. A complementary approach would be to enhance the consolidation plugin to accept an input list of codebase directories (and component names?) that are the desired consolidation points.

## **How This Feature will help you/your organization**
During codebase analysis (beyond package-oriented analysis), an analyst/auditor will often have a pretty good top-down idea of which directories are good candidates for consolidation/summarisation based on initial review of the codebase. This enhancement would allow you to designate which directories are a good candidate for consolidation and would make it much easier for an auditor/analysis to validate or reject the candidate components with the automated collection of the file level data.

## **Possible Solution/Implementation Details**
This might be a list of dozens or more directories so it would make sense to pass the name of a simple input file to the plugin rather entering the directory names in the command line.
