説明

## Short Description
Linux module source code often lists authors at the end of the file using a macro, `MODULE_AUTHOR("Author Name ")`. This is not currently recognised by scancode-toolkit.

## **Describe the Update**

Scancode-toolkit should recognise the contents of `MODULE_AUTHOR("Author Name ")` as authors. While this would only be relevant when scanning linux kernel sources, I believe it may still be justifiable as:
1. The text to match is well defined, so implementation should be fairly straightforward.
2. Linux is a popular target for license scanning, owing to its widespread use in products, large number of contributors and several cases of license-related litigation.

## **How This Feature will help you/your organization**
The sources for many linux kernel modules are currently missing a list of authors in the scancode-toolkit output. This feature would help to ensure that these authors are credited correctly.

## **Possible Solution/Implementation Details**

## **Example/Links if Any**

It looks like scancode-toolkit already has rules to handle the matching `MODULE_LICENSE()` macro.

## **Can you help with this Feature**
