Description :
While trying to scan using copyright, package and license options and getting the output in json format even though the folder contains packages package details are not getting displayed in json in scancode 3.0.2 version. It works perfectly in scancode 2.2.1 version
Using RHEL_7 (x64bit) - scancode 3.0.2
