freebsd package can't find expected ruby license

### Description

When freebsd package parser to parse the following content:
`{"name":"rubygem-ttfunk","origin":"print/rubygem-ttfunk","version":"1.5.1","comment":"Font Metrics Parser for Prawn","maintainer":"ruby@FreeBSD.org","www":"https://github.com/prawnpdf/ttfunk","abi":"FreeBSD:10:*","arch":"freebsd:10:*","prefix":"/usr/local","flatsize":1656569,"licenselogic":"or","licenses":["GPLv3","RUBY","GPLv2"],"desc":"Font Metrics Parser for Prawn\n\nWWW: https://github.com/prawnpdf/ttfunk","deps":{"ruby":{"origin":"lang/ruby24","version":"2.4.4,1"},"ruby24-gems":{"origin":"devel/ruby-gems","version":"2.7.6"}},"categories":["print","rubygems"]}`

And it returns the package info with:

Ruby license should be detected instead of "unknown" here in license_expression.
