Remove programming_language from key files summary

Key files are always either text/doc files or manifest metadata files: some could be actual code but this is less common, an the programming language of this code may have no direct relation with the actual language of the package (e.g. you could build a Java project with gradle and that does not mean your package is written in Groovy)
