Description
Fedora has started to include package information in `NOTE` sections of ELF binaries, for example:
```
{"type":"rpm","name":"coreutils","version":"9.0-9.fc36","architecture":"x86_64","osCpe":"cpe:/o:fedoraproject:fedora:36"}
```
There is some useful information in here that would be nice to map to a purl.
