Ignore boilerplate homepage in Maven packages

- In https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/io/netty/netty-transport-native-kqueue/4.1.86.Final/netty-transport-native-kqueue-4.1.86.Final.pom
- we have a parent https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/io/netty/netty-parent/4.1.86.Final/netty-parent-4.1.86.Final.pom
- it also has the infamous parent of https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/sonatype/oss/oss-parent/9/oss-parent-9.pom
- that has an incorrect homepage http://nexus.sonatype.org/oss-repository-hosting.html

We should never follow these bogus parents and should mark them as ignored.
