Currently hashes are in uppercase like here https://github.com/nexB/nuget-inspector/blob/2b852bcdab6c8ccfe6554224e4de9f30928403fe/tests/data/complex/end-to-end1/Sample-ASP.NET-project/Sample.Application/Sample.Application.csproj-expected.json#L85 they should be in lowercase.
