Description
Since we are already having a script for generating `CSV` formatted output in `Deltacode` [@here](https://github.com/nexB/deltacode/tree/develop/etc/scripts) but this script is not called as such.
It would be nice if we provide users with a toggle between the two output modes as per convenience, via passed arguments.
