windows binaries from nuget has only `CorDllMain` symbol

Example:

has only:

```

This seems to be this: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/framework/unmanaged-api/hosting/cordllmain-function

We need to check if it is possible to get more symbols out of these binaries.

Note that in a a subset of these cases, we have smybols in a companion XML file, see this tracked at https://github.com/aboutcode-org/binary-inspector/issues/8
