Store d2d results in this repo

We should store d2d results in this repo for easier review, including the script that call the purlcli, and uses the list of input data from https://github.com/nexB/purldb/issues/421

I could envision a flow like this:

The code to store the d2d results could me more or less like this, using the "From" side of a URL pair
